What is the Daily Bubble?

A free daily periodic table puzzle. Guess the mystery element in six tries; after each guess the clues show whether the family, period, group and state match and whether the answer is heavier or lighter. Everyone gets the same element each day.

One mystery element a day, six guesses, the same for everyone. Green means a match; arrows point towards the answer.

How to play

Type any element name and press Guess. You have six guesses.
Family shows a tick if your guess is in the same family as the answer (alkali metal, noble gas and so on).
Period and Group show the number for your guess with an arrow pointing towards the answer. Amber means you are one away.
State is solid, liquid or gas at room temperature. Mass says whether the answer is heavier or lighter than your guess.
A new element arrives at midnight, your time. Come back daily to build a streak; your best streak is saved on this device.
