Element flashcards (118 cards)

Nine cards per A4 page: symbol, name, atomic number, mass and family. Tick boxes to blank the names or symbols for a test version.

Two-sided flashcards (facts on the back)

Same nine-per-page layout, printed duplex: symbol, name and number on the front, three facts from the element write-ups on the back. Backs are mirrored so they line up after cutting.

Periodic table poster (A4 or A3)

All 118 elements colour-coded by family with number, symbol, name and atomic mass. A4 landscape as a data sheet, A3 for the wall.

Quiz worksheets (five topics, endless sets)

Names and symbols, groups and periods, properties and trends, electronic structure, and a mixed challenge. Each has 20 questions, an answer key on a separate page, and a New set button for a fresh paper every time.

Weekly challenge (with class results)

Ten multiple-choice questions, the same for everyone, changing every Monday. Pupils get a result code; you enter the codes on the class results page to build a verified score table. No accounts.

Element of the week sheet

One A4 page per element: picture, key facts, three things to know and three questions with space to answer. A new element each week, or choose any of the 118.

Classroom ideas with the interactive table

• Lesson starter: put the Daily Bubble on the board - the class guesses the mystery element together in six tries.
• Plenary: the Pop Quiz on Easy for ages 11 to 14, Hard for ages 14 to 16 - pupils take turns, class keeps the streak.
• Independent research: each pupil adopts an element page (e.g. iron) and presents three facts.
• Offline: the whole site works without internet once loaded - handy for patchy school Wi-Fi.
